Daadras Raises Funds for Sewing Machines for Dildar

The Daadras Foundation launched a donation drive on September 28, 2023, to provide three sewing machines to Dildar, a young man who became his family's sole provider following his father's death and his mother's serious illness.

Dildar currently earns a living by selling miswak and beads on the streets. His family's primary source of sustainable income had been a sewing machine, an asset they were forced to sell to cover his mother's medical bills. The loss of that machine effectively severed their ability to earn a stable livelihood.

Daadras identified the sewing machines not merely as equipment, but as a means of restoring the family's independence. Three machines would allow multiple family members to work and generate income, reducing their dependence on daily street sales.

Donors were urged to contribute and help Dildar's family rebuild.
